It's nothing to do with the trailer, cause it's great! Like I said over at your spidey site, www.spideyreloaded.com plug plug, on the picture post. I'm a huge fan of Denis Leary (I love rescue me, the job, and the ref is a great christmas watch) but I have trouble seeing him as captain stacy. And It's mostly because of his age. As I'm sure we all know, captain stacy is pretty old and there is a plethora of older actors out there that could play him. This isn't a lack of faith in his abilities, believe me when I tell you he is a very capable actor, I'd just like to see some older actors get a shot. |

The dude in Spider-Man 3, who's name escapes me, was awesome! He had the age, the look, and skill. Not that Denis doesn't.

I'm thinkin' cromwell was his last name for some reason.

His name is James Cromwell. I think he was perfectly cast as Captain Stacy. Maybne the should have salted Denis' hair a bit to make him look a bit older.
