My favorite would have to be Green Goblin. He doesn't bluff about killing your loved ones, he actually does it. He's one of the few villains whose threats actually mean something (So many of those other villains make threats but never actually do anything, and if your going to be a villain then you have to be committed to it).
My least favorite would have to be Vulture. 'Oh look an old man wearing a bright green costume with wings...' As villains go he was sort of wacky looking (In a stupid way) and really was sort of boring. And yet he had levels in, I think, all three movie games, and he was irritating (And he never shuts up in those games).

Yeah he was just one of those villains I just couldn't respect. When I heard he was going to be in Spider-man 4 I literally lost hope in the movie series (Spider-man 3 had rocked the boat enough, but making the villain in the next installment the Vulture was pretty much like putting the final nail in the coffin)... Thankfully that didn't go down (OK, I'm sure that a truly inventive director could have made it work, but regardless it just wasn't something I wanted to see).

Yeah, in a way, I'm kinda glad they rebooted when they did. I really didn't want to see The Vultress It was starting sound a lot like the Batman & Robin of Spider-man movies.

I can't explain why but I've always just liked Toomsy.
I was excited for that cause I was glad they were going to used a villain that not everybody knows. Vultress did sound stupid though.
I was really excited about the prospect of Bruce campbell as Mysterio though.
